Katie has been working in the wellness space since 2011. She grew up navigating her own chronic health challenges which led her on an unconventional path exploring holistic and integrative healing.
Katie obtained a Bachelors degree in Social Work and became a certified Yoga instructor, Reiki master, and Energy Medicine practitioner. Then through a 7.5 year apprenticeship she became a warrior Ayurveda and Marma specialist. Katie is skillful at combining Warrior Ayurveda with influences like Weston A. Price, to create an individualized approach to ancestral dietary nourishment that encourages the practice of ‘food as medicine.’ Somatic tracking, nervous system re-patterning, and Jungian psychology have shaped Katie’s approach to her work with the nervous system and she is passionate about creating coherence between the conscious and subconscious mind, and inviting mind/body/spirit integration.

Farron Feiner is a Somatic Energy Practitioner who trained with Dr John Amaral and certified in Somatic CBT.
Somatic energy healing reaches the layers of the nervous system that the mind alone can't, offering the body a direct route back to safety and regulation.
Working with the body's own intelligence, Farron's body-led sessions use light touch to support the release of freeze, held tension, and unprocessed emotion, allowing the system to unwind, reorganize, and return to regulation. Clients experience reduced stress and overthinking, improved sleep, steadier emotional regulation, clearer boundaries, and a greater sense of stability, clarity, and forward movement.

Dr. Hung believes in supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
He meets each patient where they are and guides them toward their health goals using acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, naturopathic manipulations, UNDA therapy, qi gong, and diet and lifestyle adjustments. His approach emphasizes restoring balance and supporting long-term wellness.
He holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). From the start of his journey, he has studied under Chinese medicine and Qi gong masters, including Dr. Kamto Lee, and continues to learn with mentors who shapes his integrative treatment style.
